Besides the fresh look, functionality has been enhanced primarily in the back end in how the data is being retrieved. A data snapshot is taken of all of the call data and the results are displayed for that snapshot. This makes moving between pages and sorting much faster. The page no longer has to refresh every time something is clicked. There are also some new features and enhancements.
More accurate - we have better linked our data entry system with our telephony system so we can now include call records that would not be in our entry system such as abandons to get a more complete picture of the calls we are receiving
New Call Type "Not in Entry System" - These are calls that were disconnected in route to an agent or did not auto-pop our entry system for the agent (from our telephony system).
Multiple Search Filters - you can now add additional search filters on top of each other to furhter narrow your search.
Multiple Call Type Selection - the call type drop-down has been replaced with a check-box list to allow you to filter out only certain call types instead of only one or all.
Clean, more Responsive Design (Mobile Ready)
Generate Excel feature now also includes the summary data and auto-filter has been added for sorting and filtering once the data has been sent to Excel.
